We accept payment by cash, credit or debit card.
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
Tickets may be exchanged up for 48 hours prior to the performance at the Management's discretion.
We are able to offer online sales with a fully integrated box office system, via the What's On Page on this site.
There is a £0.50 booking charge per ticket, subject to a maximum charge of £2.50 for the transaction, when booking online. This is to cover the additional administrative costs of maintaining our internet sales processes.
At the Forum we are committed to ensuring that our performances are as fully attended as possible for the interest of the audience and for the visiting production companies. Occasionally potential occupancy is compromised if we are left with unsold single seats, and as a business we need to manage the supply of tickets. Therefore on occasions when purchasing tickets, the process will fail, for example when customers are told they cannot buy two tickets because it would leave a single seat. We know this can be frustrating and we understand that certain customers may have specific access requirements and we would always do our best to cater for this, offering alternative solutions.
For informat The Forum hosts a variety of events run by local community groups. For most of these events, tickets will be available through the Forum Box Office, but there may be early booking periods managed by the group. For information on how to buy tickets where these are not available from the Forum Box Office, please contact the group organising the event.
