Iyengar Yoga is open to all abilities from beginners to more experienced students. It helps to improve, stamina, strength, posture and flexibility. The poses are precise and focus on good body alignment to aid physical health.
The class is run by Helen Cameron, a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher. These classes will cover the Introductory Level 1 and 2 course of YOGA ASANAS.
