Ticket Sales:
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
Up to 24hrs before a performance commences tickets may, at The Forum Northallerton discretion, be exchanged for another performance of the same production upon return of tickets for which a fee of £1 per ticket will be charged.
The Forum Northallerton reserves the right NOT to accept tickets for re-sale. However, when we do accept tickets for resale, this will only be once all other available tickets are sold and will be subject to a fee.
Tickets accepted for re-sale will only be refunded once the tickets have been re-sold, we will only refund the value of the tickets re-sold.
Website bookings are the responsibility of the customer. Any corrections to a website booking error in seat selection or quantity will be at the discretion of The Forum general manager.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the Promoter. The Forum (Northallerton) LTD cannot be held responsible for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation.
If a Promoter cancels an event or makes significant changes to the venue, date, show time or (concerts only) headline we will try to inform you. This will usually be contacted by phone or email. In urgent cases it will be by our social media channels, phone and email.
If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, we will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund. If an event is cancelled by the Promoter you will be offered a full refund.
Refunds
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, in most cases you must return any tickets you have:
Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 3-5 working days of the date that we receive your returned tickets.
